Refund Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your order, you may return your item for a refund or exchange using our returns portal.
If your item arrived damaged, or you received an incorrect item, please contact our support team at support@theabbastore.com. We are not responsible for damages to merchandise once the item has been used, worn or washed.
Condition of Returned Items
Please ensure all items being returned are unused and in their original packaging. All tags and labels must still be attached. Clothing items must be in unworn and unwashed condition. Music products (CDs, vinyl, boxsets, etc.) must be returned unopened and sealed. Items that don't meet these requirements will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
You may inspect an item the same way you would in a physical store — for example, trying on a garment — but items that show signs of use beyond this may be subject to a reduced refund.
How to Return
All returns and exchanges are handled through our returns portal:
- Go to our returns portal.
- Enter your order number and email address. You can find your order number in your confirmation email.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Pack the items securely in the original packaging. Make sure nothing moves around inside the box to avoid damage in transit.
- Download and attach the return label provided by the portal. Please note that return shipping is at the customer's expense.
- Ship the parcel. The returns portal will apply the correct address automatically.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll confirm by email and issue your refund to the original payment method.
You are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us. We recommend holding on to your postal receipt and tracking number in case of any shipping issues.
We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments or parcels sent without direct delivery to the warehouse. If your return is sent to a parcel shop or post office by mistake, it will not be collected and will be returned to you within 14 days. Should this happen, please contact us before re-sending, as the original 14-day return window may have passed.
Refund Details
If you return your entire order, we will refund the full purchase amount including standard delivery costs. If you originally selected a premium delivery option, the difference between that and our standard shipping rate is non-refundable.
If you return only part of your order, delivery costs are not refunded.
If you do not collect your parcel or refuse delivery, the product price will be refunded. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed once we have received and inspected the returned items, and are issued to the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until the return has been received or proof of shipment has been provided. Please note that in some cases, processing returns and refunds may take up to 30 working days.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges through our returns portal. Simply start a return, select the item you'd like to exchange, and choose your preferred replacement. Once we receive your original item, we'll ship the new one to you.
Please note that the cost of returning the original item is at the customer's expense. The replacement item will be shipped to you free of charge.
